Job Description:
- Manage employee relations, talent inventory, and local recruitment.
- Handle attendance statistics and coordinate with external payroll companies.
- Communicate with Wanhua/BC HR to align and promote corporate culture.
- Collect training needs and report to Wanhua/BC HR for support.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business goals.
- Oversee recruitment, training, employee development, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and provide HR guidance to managers.
- Serve as the interface to employee representatives and work council.
- Monitor employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of HR management experience in the chemical or related industry.
- Fluency in English and strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage employee relations and performance management processes.
- High adaptability to changing business and workforce needs.
- Experience in dealing with work council and employee representation topics.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on employee satisfaction and retention.
- Proven ability to manage and develop HR staff.
