What youll do:
- Follow up with inbound leads via phone and email
- Identify customer needs, technical requirements, and design preferences
- Communicate these clearly to the sales and development teams
- Offer expert advice on available digital solutions
- Document conversations and customer inputs with precision
What you bring:
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch (mandatory)
- A customer-oriented mindset and proactive attitude
- Interest in WordPress or digital/web development
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (23 days/week in Almere)
