EFI is looking for a Sales Development Manager to joinour Inkjet Business Division in Italy. This position will beresponsible for EFIs direct and indirect business with ourcustomers and partners in the area. Main duties andresponsibilities Achieve / exceed quarterly and annual quotaobjectives Maintain and expand EFIs dominant Inkjet position inthe assigned region Perform prospecting activities and maintain asufficient base of prospects that will enable completion of salestargets. Prospecting activities include cold calling, proposalpreparation, product demonstrations, customer analysis and needsassessments. Prepare professional proposals to address specificcustomer requirements. Maximize all leads & opportunities toincrease deal number and size and accelerate the buying process. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meetour core values. Maintain proactive relationships with allpartners associated with respective opportunities. Accurateforecasting based upon realistic opportunity assessments.Forecasting covers / includes direct opportunities and channel /partner opportunities Develop and execute Major accountstrategies Ensure 100% customer satisfaction management withaccount(s). Maintain proactive relationships with all partnersassociated with respective opportunities. Maintain Account andopportunity updates in the CRM system (Salesforce.com) Assist inthe communication and execution of Ink Jet sales and marketingcampaigns Job Requirements: Sales experience with a proven trackrecord of successful sales performance, with a focus at closingdeals and preferably in high value capital goods and servicesand/or (Digital) Printing Markets Capability to leveragerelations and knowledge of the accounts Highly dynamic andmotivated professional with excellent presentation, communicationsand interpersonal skills Proactiveness and autonomous Abilityto develop business contacts and relationships at all levels of anorganization Knowledge and understanding of the market trends Graphic Arts / Printing industry experience is a plus
