Job Title: IT Workplace Operation Specialist, TurinClient:MSC Technology Italia srlLocation:Turin, ItalyJob Category:OtherEU work permit required:YesJob Reference:774158cc590eJob Views:2Posted:08.05.2025Expiry Date:22.06.2025Job Description:Within the Global IT Workplace Operation team and under the governance of the Modern Workplace Team Leader, the responsibilities of the Global Workplace Operation Specialist include:Resolving incidents escalated by local IT and Global Service Desk.Tracking resolution of incidents and requests.Administering systems, testing, installing, and releasing various applications.Sharing support experiences and technical expertise with local IT and Global Service Desk via communication or documentation.Interfacing with the Global Workplace SME team for technical incident resolution.Key Responsibilities:Support Microsoft Windows 11 and core collaborative applications (Microsoft Office 365, Citrix, Printix, etc.).Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.Troubleshoot independently and apply solutions according to company policies.Assist and advise users on appropriate actions.Support and train local IT teams and Global Service Desk.Identify and escalate urgent issues.Document resolution processes and procedures.Coordinate with third-party vendors (Microsoft, Dell, etc.).Work with the SME team on releases and changes.Follow company strategy and contribute to its implementation.Performance Skills:High standards of customer service.Understanding of business-driven priorities.Good organizational and communication skills.Technical passion and curiosity.Teamwork and proactive attitude.Autonomy and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle ambiguity and inspire others.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum 5 years in a workplace support environment.Proficiency with PCs, peripherals, Windows 11, mobile devices, Office 365.Experience with end-user support, troubleshooting, and optimization.Knowledge of Intune and ServiceNow (preferred).Experience with asset management and ITIL standards (preferred).Printing support (preferred).What We Offer:Benefits include learning opportunities, comprehensive welfare, insurance, modern workstation, and discounts.
