HopeHealth is seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Coordinator. HopeHealth''s headquarters are based in Providence, Rhode Island. Its affiliate members are Hope Hospice & Palliative Care Rhode Island, Hope Palliative Care Center, HopeHealth Massachusetts and Visiting Nurse of HopeHealth.Reporting to the Chief Information Officer/Chief Security Officer or designated IT Director, with a close working relationship to the Vice President of Strategy and Analytics, this position will play a lead role in developing the technical aspects of implementing and maturing the data management capabilities & data analytics platform for the HopeHealth organization. The Data Warehouse Architect/Analyst''s job description entails creating & maintaining a corporate-wide data dictionary, developing new data warehouses & cubes, and deploying technology solutions to enable a data management culture where members of the data community feel empowered and accountable for the data management, data quality, and metadata dimensions of data.Qualifications Bachelor''s degree w/3 years of professional work experience Data warehouse architecture experience, OLTP and OLAP preferred Expert-level ETL development w/exposure to unstructured or semi-structured data Expert-level SQL coding/querying skills in MS SQL Server Database management experience including data integration, normalization, and transformation Ability to analyze complex business processes and report qualitative & quantitative results Healthcare industry work experience preferred Experience with Business Intelligence/Presentation tools such as Qlik, Business Objects, Microsoft SSRS, or Microsoft SSIS Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2010-2016 Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams Strong communication, organizational and teaming skills and experience**Benefits**:The HopeHealth benefits package features competitive heath care benefits, company provided life insurance, mileage reimbursement, generous paid time off and holidays, a robust orientation program, and a company matched retirement program.
