Key Responsibilities:Lead the local sales strategybased on the companys long-term development goals and marketstrategy, implementing proactive sales approaches to achieve salestargets and expand the customer base.Develop sales plans andbudgets tailored to the regional market, driving strategic marketexpansion and identifying potential businessopportunities.Effectively develop and maintain strong, long-termpartnerships with key customers.Oversee the entire sales process,from customer demand alignment, technical solution discussions, andbid negotiations to contract signing, coordinating with technicaland delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.Conductin-depth market research and analysis, including but not limited tonational policies, channel information, and product trends,implementing precise and effective market strategies.Lead regionalmarketing initiatives, participate in international exhibitions,industry forums, and branding activities to enhance the globalrecognition of the companys products and solutions.Execute companystrategies and related policies, monitor payment collection, andensure risk control.Track industry trends (e.g., microgrids,virtual power plants, and other emerging applications) to driveproduct iterations that meet market demands.Qualifications:Minimumof 3 years of sales experience in energy storage systems (C&I /large-scale storage), PCS, microgrids, or related products.Candidates with an established customer network arepreferred.Familiarity with international business developmentprocesses, sales expansion, contract negotiation, and riskmanagement. Experience in C&I energy storage or microgridprojects is a plus.Strong understanding of energy storage systemkey parameters, with the ability to independently present productsand communicate technical solutions.Deep knowledge of the targetregions market culture and business practices, with strongcross-cultural communication skills.Proven ability to develop andmanage the local market, with strong negotiation and deal-closingskills.Strong sense of responsibility, keen observation skills,teamwork spirit, and professionalism.AdditionalRequirements:Fluency in Italian and English is required; Must havesolid driving skills and a valid drivers license.
