Vision Development: Assist in developing and executing the vision for identity management in alignment with the overall Identity & Access Management (I&AM) strategy.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Solution Architecture: Architect and implement complex Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions to meet business needs.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and other teams to ensure cohesive and secure integration.
Incident Response: Rapidly address security incidents and troubleshoot complex issues related to identity management systems.
Design Authority: Serve as the design authority for IAM tools and processes, ensuring best practices and strategic alignment.

requirements-expected :

Educational Background: Graduate degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Audit, Risk, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT or identity management roles, with a proven track record in delivering complex IAM projects in large-scale environments.
Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications in security (e.g., CAMS, CIAM, SC-300/900) are highly appreciated.
In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (IAM) principles and industry best practices.
Strong experience with Microsoft Active Directory, PKI, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (e.g., Okta, PingIdentity, Entra ID, CyberArk).
Proficiency in Azure Identity principles and solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex IAM scenarios.
Strategic thinker, capable of translating vision into actionable plans.
Adaptable, results-oriented, and proactive in risk management.
Passion for digital technology and innovation.
Collaborative and adaptable leadership style.
Ability to build positive relationships across diverse and globally distributed teams.
Language: Proficient in English.
