Our client is a major stock exchange and technology provider. They have a newly created role for a Client Relationship Manager to support existing clients. You will be the primary point of contact for clients utilising top-tier FX trading solutions serving key financial institutions across Europe (excluding the UK).
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted partner, helping clients maximize the value of the platform to meet their unique objectives.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Oversee new client onboarding, ensuring smooth, efficient implementation by coordinating with multiple teams.
- Regularly visit clients for on-site training sessions and strategic account planning.
- Enhance the experience of existing clients, providing exceptional service and support.
What We''re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in client facing roles supporting both buy-side and sell-side clients.
- Proven track record selling FX technology or services to institutions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen eye for detail, whether handling multiple projects or addressing client needs.
- Technically proficient, with a solid understanding of eFX trading and protocols like FIX.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on client success.
- European language skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a global team.
