Your responsibilities include providing legal support to departments in the Securities Services business line, such as Clearing and Custody Services (CCS), Asset and Fund Services (AFS), Corporate Trust Services (CTS), and Market and Financing Services (MFS). You will negotiate service agreements with local and international clients, including asset managers, banks, insurance companies, corporates, pension funds, and handle outsourcing contracts.ResponsibilitiesNegotiate and establish agreements for new clients or deals with existing clients.Assist in drafting template agreements.Participate in defining and implementing new products/services and global projects, providing legal advice to relevant committees.Support the Securities Services Business Line by anticipating legal issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory changes.QualificationsLaw degree from Italy or equivalent qualification.Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in a top-tier law firm or investment bank, preferably in investment funds, custody, or post-trade services.Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines for international and local clients.Experience in complex legal transactions across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholder management.Knowledge of GDPR and public tenders is a plus.High ethical standards.Additional DetailsContract type and remuneration are commensurate with experience.This position is open to all genders (D.Lgs. 198/2006, Codice Pari Opportunit).Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionLegal#J-18808-Ljbffr
