Join a dynamic Scrum team as a Product Owner BIM. You''ll drive product value, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and manage business stakeholders to ensure successful product development. Work on-site in Amsterdam and help bring cutting-edge BIM solutions to life within a forward-thinking organization.
Main Tasks:
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog for BIM-related products;
- Collaborate with solution architects to shape product functionality through technical designs and automation;
- Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and analysts, to define features and user stories
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure progress and alignment with business needs
- Translate product vision into SMART objectives
- Identify and address risks, ensuring quality of deliverables
- Guide stakeholders through the process of submitting new business requirements
- Lead work meetings with the team and coordinate with other project disciplines
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in BIM projects and as a Product Owner
- Knowledge of open BIM standards (IFC, IDS, BCF, ISO19650)
- Experience in translating business needs into product strategy
- Strong communication skills, capable of motivating teams and stakeholders
- Fluent in Dutch and English
