CONTROLLER
The Controller that we are looking for is a member of financial and administration areas that will report to the CFO of an international group.
The Controller will participate in the supervision and review of the Groups financial data to ensure their accuracy and will analyze variations and others. Participation in the definition of different internal processes will also be in the scope.
We are looking for a full-time employee.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision and support on the monthly accounting of the affiliates;
- Coordination with Groups external parties (auditors, banks, tax advisors, suppliers, etc.);
- Analyze financial KPIs and preparation of reports;
- Preparation and timely follow-up of the budgets defined on a yearly basis;
- Facilitate the flow of any information requested by internal teams promptly and smoothly;
- Definition, review and maintenance of high quality operating standards, procedures and quality controls;
- Timely handling of matters concerning the day-to-day operative in different affiliates of the Group;
- Upon need, have the willingness to perform duties outside of the current scope that would support the team;
QUALIFICATION & TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Bachelor in finance or relevant regulatory and financial reporting knowledge;
- Experience as an auditor or in a similar position during minimum of 2 years;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written communication). Any other language is a plus;
- Experience in consolidation is desirable;
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

- Ability to follow instructions, set priorities, and respect deadlines;
- Strong organizational skills complemented by a can do attitude;
