The company emphasizes economic efficiency, process standardization, technological innovation, and employee well-being, aligning with sustainability objectives.Role OverviewWithin the Construction Management Nord Ovest organizational unit, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for:Defining and executing investment activities/projects for extraordinary maintenance and new constructions;Ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule, and managing stakeholder relationships;Managing relationships with internal clients and functions, including control and monitoring;Overseeing the technical and economic management of the project lifecycle, from feasibility to commissioning, coordinating suppliers and stakeholders;Collecting, verifying, and maintaining technical documentation and certifications in compliance with laws and standards;Managing and updating management control databases such as SAP, SIRE, and project reporting tools.Qualifications and ExperienceEducational Background: Masters degree in Engineering or Architecture with at least 3 years of experience (expert level), or a surveyor diploma with 7 years of site management experience from both contractor and project manager perspectives.Experience Level: Senior/ExpertSkills and KnowledgeProject Management skillsKnowledge of WinProject and/or Primavera or similar project management softwareProficiency in MS Office and AutoCADUnderstanding of Legislative Decree 81/08 and occupational health and safety regulationsBehavioral SkillsExcellent interpersonal skillsTeamwork capabilityClient management skillsGoal-oriented attitudeLanguage and IT SkillsEnglish at least B1 levelKnowledge of Office Suite and AutoCAD; familiarity with BNIM is a plusAdditional InformationWillingness to travel nationally and work, including weekends and night shifts, if required by the project.#J-18808-Ljbffr
