A fast-growing, global leader in the life sciences sector is seeking a Supply Chain QA Specialist to join their EMEA Quality Assurance team. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of the companys product supply chain across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead quality oversight for EMEA supply chain activities, including logistic providers, distributors, and warehouses.
- Conduct audits and quality assessments of suppliers to ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR/IVDR, and GDP requirements.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), reduce non-conformities, and implement process improvements.
- Support cross-functional teams in supplier selection, qualification, and quality-related decision-making.
- Review and manage non-conformance records and conduct root cause investigations.
- Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the international quality system and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in the release and verification of medical products, including labeling, storage, and transport compliance.
- Provide QA input to cross-functional projects and ensure successful regulatory audits.
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fieldor equivalent experience in a QA function.
- Proven experience with ISO 13485 and Good Distribution Practices.
- Demonstrated success managing suppliers and improving supply chain quality performance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel across the EMEA region as required.
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office and quality tools.
