IT Support Engineer VIP & Showroom Support(Luxury Retail) Location: Milan | Contract: 6 months - Permanentafterwards | Rate: 50-55k We are supporting a global luxury retailbrand in the search for an experienced IT Support Engineer toprovide on-site support at their flagship Milan showroom. This is aVIP-facing, high-trust role focused on maintaining a faultlesstechnical environment for high-profile events and client visits.The site hosts major retail partners for multi-million-eurocommercial negotiations, and the IT presence acts as bothpreventative support and a safeguard against disruption. Outsideevent days, youll support other local offices and contribute towider ad hoc projects across the Italian and european estate. Keyresponsibilities: - Provide proactive and responsive IT support ina VIP environment - Maintain Windows devices, AV systems, andshowroom technology to high standards - Monitor, maintain, andimprove workstation and connectivity readiness - Escalate technicalissues and contribute to change activity in collaboration with thewider infrastructure team - Rotate between showroom and nearbyoffices (typically 4 days on-site, 1 day remote - 5 days onsiteduring a site event) Essential experience: -3+ Years 2nd lineexperience (touching on 3rd for local infrastructure), desktop, andVIP IT support -Strong Microsoft knowledge and some experiencesupporting macOS or iOS in a business context (90/10 Microsoftbias) -Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms-Prior work in demanding environments (e.g. finance, legal, luxuryretail, executive support) -Strong technical knowledge of: -Windows 10 / 11 - Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook,OneDrive) - Active Directory and Azure AD - SCCM and Intune fordevice imaging and deployment - Microsoft Office 2016+ - Softwaredeployment, patching, and device maintenance - Basic networking:LAN patching, DNS/DHCP, Wi-Fi - Video conferencing and AV equipment(Teams Rooms, Zoom, HDMI/display) This is a full-time, mostlyon-site role based in Milan.
