CRM Specialist While we''ve built a strong foundation with our Klaviyo-based webshop communications, we''re sitting on a goldmine of customer data that''s waiting to be transformed into meaningful relationships. As our CRM specialist you will be part of the digital team which will have the biggest growth potential in the next few years. Within the team you are responsible for the design, execution and coordination of campaigns aimed at our consumer groups in order to grow their loyalty to Alpine Hearing Protection. Build our CRM strategy from the ground up, leveraging customer insights and identifying new business opportunities in the hearing protection market Alpine is looking for a CRM enthusiast with an energetic, driven, and strong personality who can thrive in a fast-growing and constantly innovating organization. You will be part of a senior strategic digital team with specialists in performance marketing, marketplaces and web shop. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in CRM management. You are data-driven, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelors degree or higher. A "test learn" mentality, always looking for ways to optimize and improve. Proven track record in developing and executing successful CRM programs, preferably in a B2C environment.
