Join to apply for the Health & Safety Compliance Specialist role at GNVWe are seeking a Health & Safety Compliance Specialist for the QHSSE department, reporting directly to the Health & Safety Compliance Manager. The role involves:Driving the ''Salute e Sicurezza'' vision by actively ensuring the integration of the Health and Safety management system into departmental processes;Designing practical approaches to support departments in incorporating safe behaviors into daily activities.Main Activities:Maintaining and improving the ISO 45001 management system;Supporting communication campaigns, fostering safety culture, and developing HS training content;Implementing safety leadership programs, near miss initiatives, and organizing safety events;Enhancing key KPIs such as the Frequency Index;Supporting departments on Health and Safety topics;Assisting the H&S team in regularly updating DVR, PSAL, and risk assessments specific to the Group.Required Qualifications:At least five years of experience in roles related to worker health and safety in complex, best-in-class safety environments;A diploma or degree in a technical or engineering field;Good knowledge of English;Proficiency in Microsoft Office.The ideal candidate will also demonstrate adaptability to change, flexibility, strong listening skills, and a communication style that is authoritative yet tactful.Additional Information:Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustry: Maritime Transportation#J-18808-Ljbffr
