Job Title: Technical Coordinator - Residential Construction (South Dublin)Location: South Dublin West DublinJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: €55k - €65kOur client, a leading residential developer, is seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join their team in South Dublin and West Dublin. The ideal candidate will support the technical and design delivery of high-quality housing and duplex projects, as well as mid-rise apartment developments. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a progressive and collaborative team focused on design quality, technical innovation, and excellence in project delivery.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage technical information from planning grant to construction start.Support the Technical Manager in overseeing the pre-construction design process.Advise and brief external consultants and subcontractors on preferred design approaches.Organise and chair design team meetings, workshops, and technical briefings.Champion product quality and ensure customer-focused design delivery across all schemes.Develop and maintain design guidance materials and booklets for internal and external use.Liaise with internal planning and design teams on technical detailing and build methods.Monitor emerging products and construction methods, including timber frame, offsite technologies, and modular systems.Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and technical certification standards.Prepare technical solutions for day-to-day site issues and support the team through practical design input.Candidate Requirements:Degree or Higher Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology.3+ years of relevant experience in residential architecture or development.Strong understanding of design detailing, construction methods, and regulatory compliance.Experience with timber frame design or offsite construction is an advantage.Excellent CAD and sketching skills.Strong communication and team coordination skills.Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites in Dublin.What's On Offer:Competitive salary and bonus schemeFull health insurance and pension contributionsCPD support and career development opportunitiesLife assurance, income protection, and wellness programmeAnnual leave benefits and tax saver schemes (travel bike to work)Company vehicle (if applicable)Join a company that believes in building for the future - sustainable communities, quality housing, and career growth for its people.
