In this role, you will be responsiblefor launching and managing programmatic advertising and paid mediacampaigns. Role Overview: As a Digital Specialist, you will driveimproved performance for our clients by applying data, analytics,and technology to digital advertising campaigns running acrossglobal markets. You will be involved in all stages of the campaignlifecycle, from planning and execution to optimization andstrategic recommendations. Key Responsibilities: - Activate andoptimize B2B programmatic advertising campaigns using our in-houseDSP - Manage and optimize B2B campaigns on our owned media throughthe Ad Server platform - Launch and optimize paid media campaignsacross B2B channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Google Ads) - Work closelywith Account Managers and Operations teams on campaign setup, assetcoordination, and timelines - Collaborate with the Data &Analytics team to define target audiences and deliver actionableinsights to clients - Analyze performance data and continuouslymonitor campaign results to identify improvement opportunities -Ensure data quality assurance and assist with the selection ofprecise audience targeting criteria - Participate in internal andclient meetings to support campaign execution and performancereviews Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Marketing,Communications, Advertising, or Digital Media - Minimum 2 years ofexperience in managing programmatic and paid media campaigns -Fluency in English at a professional level (written and spoken) isessential, as the role operates in an international environment -Experience with one or more of the following platforms isessential: DSP, Ad Server, Google Ads, LinkedIn - Interest andexperience in data and web analytics - Well-organised with strongattention to detail - Proactive, flexible, problem-solver, and teamplayer - Curious and eager to learn - Knowledge of French is a nicebonus Working model: hybrid Assignment and compensation will beassessed and in line with the candidate''s experience and skills.Apply now to join our team at Expandi Group!
