Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Automation Tester with strong expertise in Tosca and Soap UI, capable of leading and delivering end-to-end testing solutions in a dynamic Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in insurance domain testing, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Database Testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver all phases of the test lifecycle, including Integration Testing, System Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive Test Strategies encompassing:
- End-to-End Testing
- Regression Strategy
- Automation Strategy
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams, delivering high-quality outputs in sprints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, plan tests, and ensure effective test coverage.
- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Tosca and Soap UI.
- Perform Database Testing to ensure data integrity and backend validation.
- Prepare and deliver test reports and metrics for stakeholders.
- Conduct and lead Test Management meetings, highlighting risks, blockers, and progress.
- Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management, execution, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven Test Leadership experience with a strong grasp of E2E delivery.
- Proficient in Tosca and Soap UI automation tools.
- Strong experience in Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Hands-on Database Testing knowledge (e.g., SQL).
- Solid experience in the Insurance domain must-have.
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Test Reporting and documentation capabilities.
