Job description Aqua Valley Solution SA is a software editor, developing solutions to help Private Bankers and Asset Managers in their day-to-day tasks. To support our current and future client base, we are looking for a Support Specialist The Support Specialist is responsible for providing functional and technical assistance to end users. The ideal candidate will also provide trainings to the users of our software suite and will be instrumental in onboarding new clients. The ideal candidate shall perform the following tasks: Act as a 1st line support for all the technical and functional end user issues Learn the functionalities of our software suite on an ongoing basis Conduct diagnostics to determine the nature of the problem(s), provide technical support and indicate the remedial action Prepare and update written functional and technical documentation Requirements No IT Bachelor''s Degree required but a great appetite for IT-related matters. Fluent in English and French. Any other language is an advantage. Proactive and willingness to learn. Excellent communicator Strong attention to details and skilled in troubleshooting issues. Experience in providing user training and client support. Patient and customer driven. Proven experience in IT support team will be an advantage.
