Job Description:

We are a leader in the pharmaceutical industry, renowned for its commitment to innovation and quality. We are seeking a talented and motivated Quality System Engineer to join our dynamic QA system team.

Position Overview:

As a Quality System Engineer, you will be a crucial part of our QA system team, primarily focusing on managing the deviation/CAPA system for our site in direct collaboration with global functions. You will play a key role in our Community of Practice for Deviation/CAPA, ensuring compliance, training, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Ownership: Manage the deviation/CAPA system for the site, ensuring effective communication and coordination with global functions.
2. Community Engagement: Actively participate in the Community of Practice for Deviation/CAPA.
3. Training and Management: Oversee the training programs and manage system access for users.
4. Accountability and Improvement: Fully accountable for the system, implement improvements, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Periodic Reviews: Lead periodic reviews for deviations to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
6. Backup Responsibilities: Serve as the backup for the CCP system owner.

Your Profile:

Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of deviation/CAPA systems and QA practices.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous.
Proficiency in French (mandatory) and English.
