Experience in advising on complex employee transfers within large organisations. Strong business acumen and the ability to provide practical, commercial legal advice. Role: Lead all aspects of employee due diligence in the context of a complex logistics operation transfer. Assess and advise on the harmonisation of employee benefits (pension, insurances, etc.) Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide strategic legal counsel on all labour law matters related to the transfer. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful and timely transition.
