This includes technical skill development, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, and teamwork. Throughout the program, a mentor from the Automation Engineer Team (AE Team) will support your growth. You will undergo over 300 hours of theoretical and practical training with external providers on subjects such as electrical and electronic systems, automation, robotics, project management, and communication. Upon completion, you will be eligible for an Automation Engineer position within our maintenance teams.During the apprenticeship, you will work on-site with the AE Team, responsible for control systems and sensors within the building. Your tasks will include monitoring, fault finding, repairing systems, training technicians, enhancing system monitoring capabilities, participating in continuous improvement projects, and ensuring proper documentation and backup of systems.This role involves working in non-traditional shifts, including nights and weekends. Remote work is not available. Positions are located in Piedmont, Lombardy, and Veneto regions.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSYou are between 18 and 29 years old.You hold or will obtain a bachelors degree in Automation Engineering before starting the program.You speak Italian fluently and have good communication skills.You can communicate in English at Level B2 or higher.You can understand and follow technical instructions.You are passionate about automation and engineering.You are motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.You have basic knowledge of MS Office.You are team-oriented and personable.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in electrical engineering or related fields.Project management experience.Software development experience.This program provides an excellent opportunity to learn and earn simultaneously, studying while gaining real-world experience and a competitive salary.
