About the role:

You will be joining an enthusiastic and service minded team, internationally oriented and operating in 17 countries and more than 40 airports. This positions will be reporting directly to the FB control manager who is responsible for ensuring correct, optimal, consistent implementation of data and information in the applicable systems, maintaining cost management and revenue tools to provide insight into spent analysis. Also providing information about the performance of stores and locations as well as key categories and concepts.

Key responsibilities:

Maintain correct International pricing strategies:

• Ensure all prices are up to date and in line with the procedures / guidelines
• Maintain and check correct use of our point of sales (POS) systems
• Advise in new prices for new menu items
• Analyze promotional sales
• Pro-actively perform benchmarks for diverse concepts

Support purchase function internationally:

• Maintain and update the Purchase system.
• Ensure correct alignment of all goods to supplier and stores
• Update price and product changes correctly
• Assist in and proactively provide useful supplier reporting
• Maintain, update and review recipes on accuracy and completeness and linking to the POS system
• Assist in month end procedures
• Check and review monthly variances in usage and inventory
• Ensure discrepancies are monitored, evaluated, eliminated and reduced to a minimum
• Ensure all system reports are accurate and reflect the correct information
• Evaluate, update and assist in evolving all cost control reports

Support FB Operations:

• Support Operations with information and knowledge about all cost control related subjects
• Ensure all POS systems are up to date and operate correctly
• Pro-actively advise in optimizing the POS system
• Advice and monitor accurate inventory, stock on hand, month end stock taking
• Evaluate and monitor recipes produced as defined by the Concept manager or brand manager
• Advice in how to optimize use of cost of goods sold
• Ensure all systems are linked and used correctly
• Provide insight and training in how to operate the applicable systems
• Provide monthly and ad-hoc reports in order to create insight in all aspects of cost control
• Stretching and lifting will be part of some tasks and responsibilities

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum educational background: High school or equivalent: MBO, HAVO.
• Operational hospitality experience.
• Know and show how to work in teams.
• Be proactive, self-starting, prioritize.
• Ability to communicate with diverse group of people and business levels, both oral and written.
• Analytical work and thinking ability.
• Affinity with systems and ICT.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of English and most preferable 1 other language.
• Flexible adjustment.
