YOUR ROLE AS BUSINESS MANAGER TRAINEE
As a Business Manager Trainee, you will be a key player in our growth strategy. Youll be responsible for identifying new markets, developing client relationships, and leading commercial initiatives across sectors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and qualifying new business leads
- Building long-term relationships with clients across industries (tech, finance, energy, etc.)
- Understanding client needs and co-developing tailored service proposals
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals in collaboration with internal teams
- Coordinating with HR and technical managers to launch new projects
- Monitoring market trends and contributing to strategic planning
- Representing Cleeven at networking events, conferences, and trade shows
WHO YOU ARE
- Masters degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in French, English and/or Dutch (trilingual is a strong asset)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented
