Specify and quantify capacity requirements of the technical infrastructure. Translate functional design into technical design.
Manage daily operations and optimization of applications, including executing High Availability and Quality tests. Perform system testing, configure standard software, and conduct acceptance testing as needed. Responsible for incident resolution and processing changes within the application, directing suppliers or executing activities independently. Analyze issues, implement improvements, and identify trends. Ensure control and security measures of hardware and software are operational.
Support the user organization by resolving incidents and assisting with the introduction of new or custom solutions, providing information and guidance. Lead smaller projects related to adaptive and preventive maintenance.
Report Service Level Management data and KPIs for assigned applications to the GITS organization. As a team lead, manage a team of developers, oversee staff development, manage workload, and set objectives.
Manage the Change & Release Management process in line with GITS guidelines. Responsible for all changes within the domain, including releasing them into production environments, ensuring process efficiency and quality in accordance with SLAs through measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
