Join us and feel the difference.Job DescriptionRobert Bosch Italy is seeking a Business Analyst, Sales and Performance, to join the Mobility Aftermarket sales team. This strategic role involves managing and optimizing KPIs, supporting the sales team with a data-driven approach, and driving customer-centric strategic planning.Key ResponsibilitiesKPI Management & ReportingAct as the control tower for business KPIs.Proactively monitor, manage, and update key performance indicators.Prepare reports and support materials for internal meetings.Collaborate with Sales Administration and Finance departments to manage performance indicators.Performance Planning & AnalysisSupport the Sales Director in setting performance targets and tracking business opportunities.Serve as Key User for the CRM system to manage sales opportunities.Develop and manage Sales Performance Dashboards, analyzing data by region, area, customer, and product.Analyze results and propose strategic and corrective actions.Monitor the implementation of initiatives and assess their impact.Identify best practices and share within the team.Manage the sales module of the pricing tool for proposing special deals.New Market Launch & SupportConduct geomarketing activities to identify new opportunities.Analyze market trends and propose strategic actions.Responsible for developing new sales channels.Price BenchmarkingAct as an intermediary between Marketing and Sales for price benchmarking initiatives.QualificationsDegree in a scientific discipline (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent).Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.Technical skills: Proficiency in Office Tools, Power BI, Google Suite, and programming languages.Languages: Fluent in Italian and English.Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and capacity to synthesize data into actionable insights.Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently and in a team.If you have a strong analytical mindset, a results-driven approach, and enjoy working collaboratively, this is the right opportunity for you!Additional InformationBosch is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
