As Microsoft Practice Lead , youll play a pivotal role in driving our Microsoft-focused practice, fostering team excellence, and shaping the future of our service offering. YOUR JOB: 1. Technical Expertise Serving as subject matter expert for data & AI related to Azure, ensuring best practices in architectural design and implementation Building and maintaining a strong partnership with Microsoft, leveraging the latest advancements in data & AI Staying up to date with industry trends Guiding the design of robust technical architectures tailored to client needs. 2. Leadership Fostering a vibrant team culture that values and prioritizes collaboration Supporting the recruitment process by interviewing candidates in the final stages of the process Defining and guiding the practices long-term vision to align seamlessly with the companys overarching goals and aspirations. Encouraging a culture of growth, inclusivity, and innovation where people can thrive Coaching and mentoring of consultants within their career at LACO Overseeing regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and clear development pathways. Setting up different learning and development initiatives to ensure the growth of consultants 3. Business Development Collaborating with the sales department on proposals whilst ensuring competitive and client-centered solutions. Representing LACO at industry and career events Advising and challenging clients on their status quo whilst offering insights into market trends and tailored solutions. Acting as an account lead, maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. YOUR SKILLS: 2+ years proven experience in leading Microsoft Data & AI or analytics team Proven experience within Microsoft Fabric, Databricks & Azure Synapse Expertise in data analysis, data engineering and data architecture People-oriented Demonstrated success in business development, including RFPs. A strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and operational priorities. Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
