The Air Logistics team at Kuehne+Nagel provides air shipping and forwarding solutions to meet customer performance goals. We partner with clients across various industries such as Pharma & Healthcare, Aerospace, Perishables, Project Logistics, Automotive, and High Tech. We offer tailored, end-to-end services including Time-Defined Products, Sea-Air, Charter Services, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Clearance, leveraging digital transformation and sustainable shipping options to decarbonize transport. Our air freight capacity is built upon an effective network with key gateways and strategic carrier relationships. The role focuses on operational excellence and delivering outstanding customer service/support to our Pharmaceutical and Healthcare clients, addressing daily challenges, inquiries, complaints (TIP/CAPA), and providing innovative solutions. Maintaining proper training levels as outlined by the Station Lead is also essential.Your ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentAssist in customer onboarding and implementation to ensure transfer of customer requirements into KN systems, enabling clear communication of deliverables to Operational Care & Global Services.Support qualification of customer inquiries, provide quotations following corporate guidelines for pricing, upselling, and follow-up for closure.Service ExcellenceMonitor customer shipments proactively, provide updates, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues before they escalate into complaints.Quotation ManagementQualify customer inquiries, prepare quotations based on corporate or local pricing strategies, and follow up to close deals.Relationship ManagementEngage in knowledge exchange with sales and account management teams and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Corelog).Your Skills and Experiences1-2 years of experience in similar roles.Experience in the specific market vertical.Fluent in English and native in Italian.#J-18808-Ljbffr
