Experience - Analytics - Implementation.Position DescriptionBuild strong relationships with senior leadership and employees to ensure constant alignment between the needs of the business and the needs of our people- Collaborate with all levels of firm leadership to create an environment of trust, teamwork, development, empowerment, and entrepreneurship through quality communication, relationships, coaching and mentoring strategies- Provide partners and leaders with coaching in the areas of career advice, conflict management and crucial conversations- Support the execution of recruitment plans and needs. Interact with the talent acquisition team to identify qualified candidates- Oversee the on-boarding process for new and experienced hires- Influence multiple stakeholders across the organization- Address conflict through careful and systematic evaluation of information, possible alternatives and consequences- Manage sensitive employee relations issues and address as appropriate in a timely manner- Facilitate appropriate employee training such as career advisor training- Lead in the administration and implementation of human resources programs in multiple locations, including but not limited to talent management, employee retention programs, performance management process, annual salary administration process, etc.- Conduct exit interviews and analyze data and makes recommendations for corrective action and continuous improvement- Assure and maintain general compliance with state and federal regulations- Perform other related duties as required or assigned, including various national or special projectsBasic QualificationsRelated training/education/experience or certfication in Human Resources or another closely related field- 1 - 3+ years related work experience as a Human Resources Generalist within a professional services industry- Knowledge of legal aspects of HR, including state and federal laws and statutes- Possess a solid understanding of all areas within the HR function- Superior computer skills, preferably with Microsoft Office productsOur logistics consultants are hands-on, fact-based and focused on delivering results. The reduction of the logistics costs is always combined with efforts to improve the customer service level. The service level usually improves with better control and a structured approach to get the fundamental prerequisites right. The results can also be in the form of shorter response time, risk reduction, reduction of carbon dioxide emissions or higher picking accuracy.
