Together with a le ading biotech company located in Breda , we are looking for a motivated Senior Associate Supply Chain to join their dynamic team.
This role is key to managing change control execution activities for designated products, collaborating across multiple departments, and driving continuous improvements within a complex, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute change control management activities for assigned products, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Coordinate change control activities with cross-functional stakeholders including Artwork, Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory, Quality, and Partner Alliances.
- Apply change control management principles, concepts, and standards to support smooth operational execution.
- Follow and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Set priorities and manage timelines to achieve change control objectives.
- Participate and contribute to relevant meetings, representing the department with meaningful input.
- Support Master Data activities, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and materials management, aligned with performance metrics.
- Identify and analyze potential issues, lead improvement projects, and implement best practices.
- Facilitate Product Life Cycle Team meetings and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with 3-5+ years relevant experience
OR
- Masters degree or equivalent with 1-3+ years relevant experience
Preferred:
- Knowledge of change control management processes
- Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors
- Experience working in an international, matrixed organization
