Metz Electronics Srl, the Italian subsidiary of Skyworth Group, is looking for a:
Financial Controller
to support the growth of our European Finance Department based in Milan.
You will be part of an international work environment (European and Chinese) you will report monthly to our headquarter in China regarding actual, forecast and business plan. You will support and challenge sales, marketing and administration teams with financial aspects and KPI follow-ups of current business.
Responsibilities:
- Gross profit monitoring: conduct regular cost estimations based on HQ standard pricing. Update monthly pricing guidelines across business lines. Track and analyze gross profit margin fluctuations to ensure profitability targets are met.
- Accounts Receivable Turnover Management: monitor overdue accounts on a weekly basis and complete monthly reconciliations with clients and perform internal clearing timely within SAP system. Establish credit limits based on actual sales velocity to optimize AR turnover efficiency. Provide regular AR turnover analysis and reporting.
- Commission Rebate Management : analyze customer profitability and rebate types to support strategic account management. Review and validate commission and rebate payout conditions and ensure accurate and timely disbursement.
- Budget Planning Control: c oordinate monthly budget submissions from all departments and business units. Conduct variance analysis between budgeted, accrued, and actual figures. Track annual budget performance and report monthly results. Drive continuous improvement in budget execution by engaging responsible departments.
- KPI Evaluation Performance Settlement: prepare monthly PL statements for each business line. Track and review key metrics such as marginal contribution rate.
- Outbound Approval Profit Estimation: approve daily outbound transactions for international business lines. Perform gross profit estimations on outbound shipments to ensure financial visibility and control.
- Inventory Management: a nalyze inventory turnover efficiency, f ollow up on quarterly inventory counts and ensure discrepancy resolution. Recommend internal process improvements based on findings. Support supply chain team in reducing inventory days and minimizing provision ratios.

Qualifications:
- Academic degree in Business Administration (preferably with a major in Finance/Controlling)
- Ideally 3 years of work experience in a similar position
- Experience in SAP (S4 HANA) preferable
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Structured and independent working style, self-motivation, and commitment
- Fluent in Italian and English. Chinese in a nice to have.
