The Offboarding team consists of +-20 members and is primarily responsible for managing unclaimed
asset files, transferring dormant assets to the deposit and consignment office, and managing the virtual
office.

The Litigations team, part of the Customers & Accounts Lifecycle Management department, is
responsible for handling garnishments through bailiff''s writs, judicial letters, or tax notifications.

clients.
