We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager EMEA to join our Protection/ Antioxidants (AOX) Business Unit based in Wolvega, the Netherlands. Vitablend, a global leader in specialty ingredients with nutritional premixes, micro-encapsulated ingredients, and antioxidant systems, is looking for a driven technical sales manager for its Antioxidant (AOX) business unit. As part of the Barentz Group, Vitablend serves global markets across human and animal nutrition, personal care, and pharma. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to drive strategic development and customer acquisition, focusing on the animal and human nutrition markets within EMEA. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will drive Vitablends growth in the human and animal nutrition sectors across EMEA. This strategic role focuses on growing a portfolio of existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new direct customers, and driving value through tailored antioxidant solutions. You will also manage and develop relationships with distribution channel partners (Barentz) to maximize market reach and effectiveness. Working closely with internal teams and partners, youll lead high-impact sales projects, shape market positioning, and ensure the achievement of ambitious sales and profitability goals. Formulate and implement a strategic business development plan aimed at expanding market presence and driving the Sales growth of Antioxidants in EMEA. Identify and secure new business opportunities, targeting key customers in the EMEA region, especially in animal and human nutrition markets. Market Analysis : Conduct market research in EMEA to understand trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs. Client Relationship Management : Collaboration : Work closely with the technical and sales teams to align product offerings with market demands, ensuring customized solutions for key customers. Financial Targets : Manage sales KPIs, ensuring profitability and growth in line with the AOX Business Unit's goals. Channel Partner Management : Develop and oversee sales strategies, ensuring alignment and goal achievement with channel partners (Barentz). Innovation and Value Creation : Promote Vitablends USPs to generate value for customers, contributing to the strategic positioning of Vitablends antioxidant systems in core markets and applications. A minimum of 5 years of proven success in business development or technical sales in the animal and human nutrition sectors, with a preference for experience in antioxidants, preservatives, or specialty ingredients. Bachelors degree in food science, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related field (Masters preferred). Market Expertise : Deep understanding of the animal and human nutrition markets in EMEA. Relationship Management : Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in business English; any other languages areappreciated. Entrepreneurial : A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving new business opportunities independently.
