This role is part of the FrenchOperations team and supports NIITs customer(s) in France todeliver outstanding service. We all work together on a commonproject with part of the team based in India. As a trainingoperations coordinator, you will be reporting to the trainingoperations manager. You will be the key contact point for all localstakeholders in France, coordinating training session delivery. Youwill master and oversee all activities within the service. You willwork closely and in partnership with the customers learningdelivery team. Roles & Responsibility: - Analyze the trainingneeds provided by the Client and determine the number of sessionsneeded to train the overall number of trainees according to coursesand per site, - Initiate and manage requests for session creation,modification, completion, and cancellation where required, -Organize the training sessions according to trainees expectationsand availability and ensure their proper execution, - Calibrate andcoordinate with the Indian team for any changes/updates in thetraining event/program, - Support completion of training activitiesby following up for attendance and invoice if required, - Followand ensure adherence to the workflow and processes using the CRMtool - Ensure Learner Support Level 2 Experience & Skill: - 2to 4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/oroperations, - Exposure to an international work environment -High-level understanding of the training landscape in France -Customer service-oriented posture is a must - Team player - Abilityto communicate clearly and concise thoughts - Attention to detail,structured and organized, capable of prioritizing activities -Knowledge of Salesforce or any other CRM - Knowledge of Cornerstoneor any other LMS is an added advantage - Fluent in French andEnglish is a mandatory requirement - Proficient in MS Office,Excel, SharePoint - A job permit to work in France is a mandatoryrequirement NIIT is an equal opportunity employer.
