Job Purpose Support the dailyactivities of the Shop Display Experience Dept. related toproducts launches and retail marketing projects with focus onprojects coordination, logistics, and process. The logistic side ofthe Dept. has a key role for the successful implementation of allthe activities of the Team, in addition to be a coordination pointfor other different divisions: Supply Chain, Head Quarter, ProductManagement, Warehouse & Order Desk. Excellent communicationskills are mandatory considering the amount of interactions neededto achieve this role objectives. To be successful, you will possessthe following skills and attributes: - Contribute to order, deliverand monitor demo units in order to guarantee, on time, visibilityon Samsung dedicated areas. - Support Shop Display Manager innegotiation, creation and management of Samsung Branded Areasin-store (Mediaworld/Unieuro) to create the best customerexperience - Support all the activities related to a product launch(shipments, relationship with suppliers, stock analysis, deliverytimings) - Monitor/track precisely all the samples delivered onthe market for Shop Display purposes by using NERP software. -Coordinate the maintenance activities with providing materials toagencies/clients when needed. - Actively communicate with allstakeholder (internal/external) to ensure the best execution -Manage new process to improve work flow and optimize team work -Support all the activities related to VIP visits.Qualifications/Requirements: Educational Background: Master Degree,preferably with Supply Chain/ Engineer specialization. ProfessionalBackground: n.a. Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel required/ SAP is a plus. Language Knowledge: Very good written and spokenEnglish.
