Solutions Driven is partnering with the leadinginternational provider of digital health solutions company to seekan experienced Project Manager to join its team in Milan. The idealcandidate will support the alignment of strategic vision withoperational execution, driving measurable impact across theorganization. This position reports directly to the EU leadershipteam. The successful candidate will oversee project executionthrough structured monitoring and control processes, standardizemetrics across functions, and facilitate data-drivendecision-making to enhance performance and ensure sustainablegrowth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead program and project managementinitiatives - Oversee portfolio management and progress tracking -Execute grant-funded activities within scope, time, and budget -Standardize operational processes and metrics across teams - Enableand support data-informed decisions across the organization.Required Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience inproject management or operational control, Ideally from systemintegrators, IT consultancies, or boutique healthcare/digitalconsultancies in complex multi-country environments. - Provenability to bridge strategic planning with hands-on execution -Experience designing and implementing performance monitoringsystems - Strong analytical skills with a track record ofdelivering data-backed insights - Proficiency in project managementmethodologies (e.g., Agile) and tools (e.g., Jira) - Excellentleadership, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities -Experience managing complex projects involving multiplestakeholders. - Able to operate in matrixed, and with internationalenvironment experience Preferred Skills: - Knowledge of AmbulatoryInformation Systems (AIS) or healthcare IT solutions - Fluent inEnglish; Italian fluency required.
