Bring your knowledge and experience to this highly successful manufacturer, where you will optimise the product portfolio and provide innovative solutions for the hair care segment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new hair care product formulations, including shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and styling products.
- Research new materials and technologies, staying updated on market trends to create innovative concepts.
- Conduct laboratory tests to evaluate formulation performance, stability, and safety.
- Prepare technical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and customer policies.
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to define and perform scale-up pilot trials.
- Contribute to successful product launches, proactively supporting colleagues.
You enjoy working collaboratively and are happy to lead the team on various projects. You will travel as required to fulfil this role.
