Together, we support the implementation and improvement of operational cost processes across regional Operations teams. We''re looking for someone with a strong understanding of cost monitoring processes, who can collaborate closely with both the Operations and Finance teams to ensure that financial goals align with operational objectives.About Your Future RoleIn this position, you will:Ensure the accurate and monthly reporting of OPs financial performance, in compliance with financial policies and proceduresMonitor business performance, comparing actual results with budgets and forecastsAnalyze volumes and unitary costs, identify variances, and propose corrective actionsSupport the definition and tracking of KPIs and other performance metricsProvide ad-hoc financial analysis to senior management, supporting strategic decision-makingProcess large datasets, creating forecasting models and dashboards for reporting utilizing tools like Excel or PowerBI and other data analysis softwareWhat Makes You a Great FitWe''re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here''s what we value:Essential Qualifications:At least 5 years of experience with monthly closing, budgeting, and forecasting processes, preferably in structured corporate environmentsProficiency in data analysis tools and languages for data analysis such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or other business intelligence software.
