We work on this every day with around 14,000 employees at more than 50 sites worldwide.At Bertrandt we are looking for a Verification and Validation Engineer to work on an important international project in a leading company in Aerospace field.Responsibilities:Conducting Tests in Test Benches:Perform thorough testing in simulated test environments, encompassing both automated and manual tests.Evaluate product stability, interoperability, and performance through rigorous testing.Implementation of Automation Scripts in Python:Develop automation scripts in Python to optimize and streamline testing processes.Ensure test repeatability through effective implementation of automation.Generation of Evidence and Documentation:Create detailed documentation of conducted tests, ensuring traceability with requirements specified in DOORS.Generate clear and concise evidence supporting test results.RequirementsEducated to University degree level in Computing Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or a related discipline.Minimum 3 year of experience.Experience working with the processes and documentation established by DO-178B/C.Experience with requirements management (experience with DOORS will be highly valued).Desirable knowledge in C++ and/or C programming.Testing Software for the above languages.Git experience (Bitbucket, GitHub and/or GitLab).Previous experience with Python will be highly valued.
