RECRUITMENT CONTEXT: Due to rapid growth and anexpanding customer base, our client is seeking a Customer SuccessManager to join their team and help drive customer success. Thisrole offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growingcompany with a focus on delivering exceptional service. ROLE ANDRESPONSIBILITIES: As a Customer Success Manager, you will beresponsible for: Managing a client portfolio and ensuringsatisfaction. Responding to client inquiries via chat, email, andphone. Onboarding new clients and providing training. Understanding clients needs and offering tailored solutions. Building strong relationships with users and decision-makers. Implementing retention strategies to minimize attrition. Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts. Providing feedback to the product team for continuous improvement. Maintaining a high customer satisfaction (NPS). Improvinginternal processes and best practices. PROFILE SOUGHT: Languages: Native or fluent in Italian, with full professionalproficiency in English. Experience: Finance/business studies, andproven interest or experience in customer relationship management,required in a SaaS environment or in banking/finance. Juniorprofiles with a strong desire to learn and grow in a customersuccess role are welcome. Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset,excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organizedwith the ability to manage large amounts of information efficientlyover time, passionate about delivering exceptional customerexperiences with a proactive approach, strong team spirit andenthusiasm. SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary: 30,000 annually, with15% commission based on performance (objectives: number ofonboardings per month, conversion rates, upselling).
