Analytical Development Engineer (M/F)- CDD 6 months Medincell is a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company developing long-acting injectable drugs in many therapeutic areas. Products of our portfolio are based on our BEPO technology and aim to ensure patient compliance, improve the effectiveness and accessibility of treatments, and reduce their environmental footprint. We collaborate with tier one pharmaceuticals companies and foundations to improve Global Health through new therapeutic options. We are looking for a Analytical Development Engineer to join our Polymer Analytical Team in Raw Material Management Department team which main mission is to develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods for polymers. Missions Polymer Analytical Development: Utilize laboratory equipment to analyze, characterize, and quantify polymers and related products. Develop and implement new characterization methods. Design and validate methods in accordance with internal and ICH guidelines. Process, review, and interpret data from various analytical techniques (e.G., HPLC, GC, NMR, GPC, DSC, rheometer, viscometer). Write detailed reports and protocols in English. Support the transfer of test methods to internal and external users. Conduct literature surveys and troubleshoot analytical equipment issues. Stay updated on the latest polymer analytical technologies and make recommendations. Polymer Project Management: Communicate complex ideas clearly to various stakeholders. Collaborate with different teams to ensure project success. Present data in English to technical and corporate audiences. Demonstrate creativity and innovation in problem-solving. Identify and solve technical problems, and recommend new analytical equipment. Prioritize tasks based on team leader's guidance and ensure timely project execution. Profile MSc or Engineering degree with a minimum of 3-4 years in analytical development validation and transfer on polymers in a pharmaceutical environment. Good background in Polymer Science is a plus. Experience and strong knowledge in characterization techniques (especially chromatography) and theory of analysis. Experience in writing reports, protocols and other quality documents.
