We are looking for a (Senior) HR Manager (all genders) Bilingual (Dutch, English) for our location in Venlo (Netherlands):
Your tasks:
- Building, structuring, and further developing the HR department
- Advising and supporting managers and teams
- Responsibility for labor law issues in the Netherlands
- Developing and implementing HR guidelines and processes, taking into account local labor law frameworks
- Establishing HR processes
- Accompanying change management processes and organizational developments
- Close cooperation with the HR team in Berlin
- Support in the area of talent management and employee development
Your profile:
- You have completed studies in Human Resources, Labor Law, or Business Law, a comparable education, or you convince us of your talent!
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a comparable HR role
- Thorough knowledge of Dutch labor law
- Experience in establishing and optimizing processes
- Fluent language skills in Dutch and English; good knowledge of German is a plus
- You can work in a structured and independent manner
- Strong communication skills, solution orientation, and initiative
