As a Procurement Lead, you will manage and oversee procurement processes, ensuring vendor performance and alignment with project requirements. Youll drive quality control, mitigate risks, and optimize procurement operations to deliver excellence in package execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adjust standard Quality Control Plans (QCP) to meet project-specific needs.
• Manage package interfaces with vendors during purchase order execution.
• Ensure vendor activities align with project priorities and timelines.
• Monitor package execution through defined gates, raising proactive alerts for potential risks (schedule, cost, quality, or contract).
• Conduct root cause analyses for quality issues, implementing corrective actions with vendors.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Procurement Manager and collaborate with internal teams.
• Lead vendor performance evaluations, ensuring feedback is used for continuous improvement.
• Actively support contractual risk management and vendor claim handling during project checkpoints.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.

Minimum 4 years of experience in technical procurement, with a track record in package/category management, preferably in the Oil Gas industry.

Familiarity with package engineering, manufacturing, and commissioning processes.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with proactive problem-solving capabilities.

Fluent spoken and written English.
