A pioneering and well-funded engineering organisation is seeking a Principal ASIC Design Engineer to play a key role in developing high-reliability, space-grade systems. This client is at the forefront of applying modern software-driven design approaches to advanced hardware development. As a Principal ASIC Design Engineer, youll have ownership across the full development cycle from architecture through verification working on complex digital systems tailored for radiation-hardened, mission-critical environments.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Proven expertise in RTL design using Verilog and/or VHDL.
Solid understanding of ASIC design flow: Experience with synthesis, static timing analysis (STA), and logic equivalence checking.
Ability to read, understand, and contribute to system-level design specifications.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
