We''re seeking astrategic, analytical, and results-oriented Revenue Growth Manager(RGM) for the EMEA region. Based in Ostend, youll have theopportunity to lead innovative revenue and growthinitiativesparticularly in the FMCG sectorworking closely withcross-functional teams to deliver impactful results across Benelux,Italy, and South Africa. Experience in pricing strategy and keyaccount management will be key to success in this role, enablingyou to effectively shape commercial approaches and collaborate withkey partners. What Youll Do - Revenue Growth & Market Share:Lead the development and implementation of strategies to deliverrevenue, gross margin, and market share targets. Collaborate withSales, Marketing, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain teams tocreate and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with businessobjectives. Leverage experience in key account management tostrengthen commercial partnerships and customer-specific growthplans. - Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor and analyze salesdata, market trends, customer insights, and competitivelandscapesespecially within FMCG channelsto identify growthopportunities. Provide actionable insights that support revenuegrowth and profit enhancement. - RGM Reviews & Enablers:Organize and lead RGM reviews, delivering analytics that optimizerevenue growth. Key tasks include: - Optimizing distribution andincreasing sales of "green" SKUs. - Shifting product mix towardshigher-margin, higher-sales products. - Implementing hurdle ratesto segment the portfolio. - Strengthening the performance of newproduct launches. - Driving improved promotional effectiveness. -Building pricing ladders across channels, understanding SKUelasticity, and minimizing cannibalization. - Your strongbackground in pricing strategy will be critical in evaluating andadjusting these pricing approaches. - Pricing & Trade Spend:Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximizeprofitability while remaining competitive. Regularly assess pricingmodels based on market changes and customer feedback. Analyzeproduct volume, margins, and competitor prices to provide tradespend recommendations that reflect real FMCG dynamics. - ProductPortfolio Expansion: Work closely with Customer and Brand Marketingteams to identify areas for portfolio expansion or enhancement.Develop strategies to launch new products, enter new markets, andupsell/cross-sell to existing customers. - Sales Enablement:Collaborate with the Sales team to provide the necessary tools,resources, and training to effectively communicate the value of ourproducts. Ensure that marketing initiatives and sales strategiesare aligned to support growth objectives. - New Product &Existing SKU Performance: Participate in the Product ReviewCommittee (PCP) to optimize profitability for both new and existingSKUs, particularly "green" and "yellow" products. - KPIs &Performance Tracking: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators(KPIs) anchored to market strategies, such as sales distribution,profitability, ROI, and pricing compliance. - Global Alignment& Best Practices: As a member of the global RGM cockpit, ensurealignment on global RGM methodologies, governance, and share bestpractices within the global team. - Regional Awareness &Training: Collaborate with People & Culture teams to raiseregional awareness of RGM, including developing functionaldescriptions, G&O communications, and an induction process.What Were Looking For - Masters degree in Business, Commerce, ora similar field, or significant relevant industry experience. -Minimum 3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry, retail, orpharmaceutical industries, preferably in revenue management,business development, or related sales management roles. - Hands-onexperience in developing and implementing pricing strategies indynamic markets. - Demonstrated success in key account management,with a strong ability to influence customer-specific commercialstrategies. - Proven high-level analytical skills, with the abilityto quickly interpret complex data and translate it into actionablestrategies. - High-level skills in Excel, and experience with CRMand ERP software. Experience using market analytics tools such asIQVIA, IRI, and/or Nielsen. - Understanding of shopper preferences,shopper activation, and category management. - Demonstrated abilityto manage stakeholders and influence internal and ext
