Job Description
In 2025, Client will take over the product ownership of the SIEM & SOC services.
As part of this, a project will be launched to connect the building blocks of Client to the SIEM & SOC services. The project leader will focus on this project with the following deliverables:
- A schedule has been drawn up to connect the building blocks of Client. The planning also describes which building blocks need to be connected as a priority.
- The connection process is documented and available to partners.
- At least three building blocks of Digital Flanders are newly connected to the SIEM & SOC service offering.
Technical & Functional Skills Required
- Project Management Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects or development projects.
- Proven experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management, etc.).
- Demonstrated knowledge of PM methodologies such as PRINCE2, PMBok, preferably backed by certification.
- Software & IT Knowledge:
- Demonstrable knowledge of MS Project and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ITIL.
- Security & Infrastructure Knowledge:
- Understanding of SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) and SOC (Security Operations Centre) services for proactive threat detection, analysis, and response.

Digital Flanders is one of the frontrunners of digitisation in Europe.
You will join the Partner & Ecosystem team that realises an ecosystem of exploitation and development services for governments in Flanders. The team provides services in Workplace, Cloud and Data Centre, Network, Applications & Service Integration, working closely with several ICT partners under framework contracts.
Technical Context:
The security of the service is guaranteed, among other things, by SIEM & SOC services. We focus on proactively detecting, analysing, and responding to cyber threats.
- SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) collects and analyses security data to detect threats.
- SOC (Security Operations Centre) is a team of security experts that uses SIEM information to respond quickly and effectively to incidents.
