about-project :
- A public sector institution is looking for an experienced ServiceNow expert to reinforce its ServiceNow Competency Centre (SNCC). The selected candidate will help set up, operate, and continuously improve the ServiceNow platform and ITSM tools.
- This role requires deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, primarily focused on the ITSM and CSM modules, but also extending to ITOM, HAM, HRSD, and SPM.
- The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple roles, including:
- Platform Administrator to guide and mentor junior team members
- Business Analyst to gather and translate business needs into platform solutions
- Integration Specialist to identify and resolve integration issues and drive improvements
- CMDB Manager to define the CMDB/CSDM strategy, ensuring data quality and compliance
- Low-Code Developer to guide junior/business users in building catalogue items and deploying new apps/plugins
responsibilities :
- Setup, administration, and troubleshooting of the ServiceNow platform (including components such as MID servers)
- Evolutionary maintenance, support, and development of additional functionalities for ITSM/CSM applications
- CMDB & data quality management
- Monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting of integrations with other corporate systems
- Managing ServiceNow releases from sub-production to production environments and performing platform upgrades
- Testing new features, functionalities, and releases
- Liaising with users for incidents and service requests
- Collaborating with ServiceNow for platform monitoring and incident resolution
- Knowledge sharing and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders

requirements-expected :
- ITIL Foundation certification and proven experience with ITIL processes
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
- Knowledge and certifications in various ServiceNow products (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, etc.)
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM
- Experience with Web Services (XML/SOAP/REST)
- Basic JavaScript knowledge (for light customization)
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine
- Oral and written fluency in English or French (preferably both)
