- Collaborate with global HR teams on specific projects and assist the HR Director in their implementation.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the local HR team, including testing new tools and processes.
- Participate in the development and review of work processes, procedures, and regulations.
- Conduct surveys and analyze results to create People metrics for the department.
- Write and publish articles on current HR topics as needed.
- Successful and proven experience in HR administration; project management experience is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease in building relationships.
- Analytical and organizational skills with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborative, reliable, and responsible with a spirit of teamwork.
- Advanced proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) and excellent command of Microsoft Office, particularly SharePoint and Teams, with advanced Excel skills.
