The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive remarketing, be digitally savvy, and passionate about getting it right the first time.Role Responsibilities:Guide the demand management process with involved markets to optimize auction sales performance by aligning buyer demand with available supply.Establish clear criteria for evaluating and prioritizing auction requests, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.Maintain visibility into market demand, inventory levels, and auction capacity to maximize transaction efficiency and buyer satisfaction.Implement governance structures to enhance transparency in auction performance, aligning demand-side needs with supply-side capabilities.Monitor auction program performance, ensuring optimal execution, budget adherence, and strategic alignment with revenue targets.Standardize reporting mechanisms for buyer trends, supply availability, and auction results to inform decision-making.Oversee key auction technology initiatives to enhance buyer experience and improve transaction success rates.Support local teams managing supply-side integrations, ensuring consistency with governance standards and demand-side requirements.Act as a strategic liaison between supply teams, buyers, IT, and other stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication and alignment with sales performance goals.Enhance stakeholder engagement to improve market visibility, supply-demand matching, and auction outcomes.Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, buyer behavior, and auction dynamics to develop demand-driven strategies.Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret buyer trends, forecast demand, and optimize auction performance.Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with buyers, internal teams, and external partners.Process Optimization: Experience in developing structured demand management processes for efficiency and scalability.Project & Program Management: Proven ability to oversee large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely execution aligned with strategic goals.Technology Knowledge: Understanding of auction platforms, pricing algorithms, and buyer engagement tools to promote innovation and efficiency.Negotiation & Influencing Skills: Ability to negotiate and build relationships to align supply with buyer demand.Governance & Compliance: Knowledge of auction governance, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.Experience Needed:Industry Knowledge: Experience in auction sales, e-commerce, or supply chain management is preferred.Relevant Experience: In demand management, sales operations, or strategic planning within a commercial setting.Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to drive demand strategies, increase buyer engagement, and enhance sales performance.Cross-Functional Experience: Collaborating with IT, sales, and supply chain teams to align strategies and technologies.International Exposure: Experience with European markets and understanding regional buyer behaviors is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
